Our establishments offers casual dining with a fine­dining feel. We present full meals at convenient prices. We are a full service eatery that specializes in comfortable, family­ friendly atmospheres and mid­range prices. Our catering company offers our services on­site or off­site. Our specialized catering menu is an extension of our dining menu, but allows the patrons to customize their selection. Our managers Ali Hage and Sami Ahmad experienced and professionally trained staff are committed to serving only the freshest, highest quality food items.

Byblos Cafe and Grill also subcontracts with various cafeterias around Michigan to distribute our wide variety of dishes. Such places include Henry Ford Health Systems­ Detroit, General Motors, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, to name a few.culinary arts and uses this preparation to enhance the cuisine he creates at Byblos. After years of education in his home country of Lebanon, Chef Brian accepted the prestigious offer of becoming the personal chef for the president of Kuwait. In 1991, Chef Brian received a scholarship to continue his culinary studies in Paris, where he graduated with Excellence. Chef Brian went on to cook at several prominent French establishments until beginning his position as a personal chef for the Minister of External Affairs. In 2000, Chef Brian immigrated to the United States, where he first worked as a Sous Chef at a local Hyatt Regency, and then later became the Executive Chef at Oakwood Hospital­Dearborn. At Oakwood hospital, he was widely credited for bringing healthier and restaurant­quality fare to the establishment. He later accepted a position as the General Manager at a banquet hall in Dearborn.
